Delete account

Would you like to delete your BeachTreff account and the associated data? Here’s how:

1. Directly in the app

Open the BeachTreff app and go to Profile → Delete account. Confirm the deletion – your account will be permanently removed.

2. By email

No longer have access to the app? Email us from the address registered with BeachTreff with the subject “Delete account” to info@berlin-beachvolleyball.de. We will process your request within 30 days.

Which data is deleted?

  • Your profile (display name, email, photo)
  • Sessions you created and your participations
  • Your messages and community posts
  • Push token and app settings

Public content you created may remain in anonymised form for traceability. Data subject to statutory retention is deleted only after the respective period expires. Deleting the account is final.
